Tomas Pons Albeja fut l’un des premiers responsables du PSUC à Barcerlone après la victoire franquiste. Arrêté début 1940, il fut fusillé le 18 mars 1941 au camp de la Bota de Barcelone avec un aitre militant du PSUC, Otilio Alba Polo.
